My Sally girl is long legged and a bean pole. She is a true 7 and the 6/7 flare fit her like a glove, but she preferred the length of the 8/9 and they fit just as well in my opinion. If you have a long legged girl you may want to size up just for length!
I am going to size up to an 8/9 for length and more wear time for her for sure!
